Supplements the therapy and case management roles to ensure treatment goals and objectives are met

THERAPEUTIC REHABILITATION

Focusing on enhancing independent living, coping, social, and other important skills for individuals 18 and up

* Must have SMI Diagnoses

* Must have Medicaid

Monday through Thursday—9AM-1PM

Friday—9AM-12
